Meet the Owners

This company was founded and established based on our personal experience in the health care system.  

Justine has been a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician for 6 years.  She has worked in many different environments ranging from rural settings to urban settings to foreign settings.  She has worked in a socialized system while working in Australia for a year.  She also spearheaded the opening of a free clinic.

Mitch has been an RN specializing in mental health for over 10 years.  He has experience working and performing mental health evaluations in the ER.  He was a traveling nurse for 6 years working on the west coast, midwest, east coast, and the US Virgin Islands.  He has worked with many locum tenens and knows what is needed to make travel exciting and worth while.  

Dream Doc Locums is owned and operated by health care providers.  With our experience working in the trenches we understand what providers want in order to make their travel worthwhile.
